Which browsers/devices are compatible with your store?

The Kearns Optical webstore is designed and tested to work on Firefox, Safari Chrome, Internet Explorer 7 and up. The store is also compatible with iOS devices like the iPad, iPod Touch and iPhone. It is recommended you update your device to the latest version of your software. You must have cookies enabled to use our store.

My order disappeared from my cart — now what?

After you click the "confrim order" button in the checkout, the cart empties. Don't panic, this is normal. Our software has taken your active cart and changed it into a pending order. Clicking "Pay at hosted checkout" brings you to our secure payment gateway and your total including taxes may be billed using credit card or interac online! If you do not complete your order it will be stored under your account, accessible at any time by clicking "account maintenance" in the left hand bar under search. From Account Maintenance you can update your info including billing info, view all orders you have placed, and complete any pending orders you haven't yet paid for.  It also functions as your invoice.
